Serving Up Customization, One Experience at a Time
I helped build an integrated campaign that spotlighted Chow Mein’s versatility through Holy Chow, a pop-up restaurant, and the Chow Mein Tasting Tour, which engaged consumers across the country and amplified buzz on social. These activations showcased customization in fresh, memorable ways and drove brand engagement both in-person and online. The success of this strategy later extended to other products, with promotional videos bringing the customization story to Nissin’s soup line.

The Chow Mein Tasting Tour

Across 30 cities from coast to coast, the Chow Mein Tasting Tour showcased the power of customization, serving up flavors at concerts, college games, fairs, and retail stops—turning every event into a memorable brand experience.

Holy Chow Pop-up Restaurant

Guests were treated to Chow Mein made with fresh ingredients, later revealed to be crafted from Nissin instant noodles. Recipes and products were gifted so they could create and customize at home.
